Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This policy explains what MociLabs Social collects and how that information is used to operate a social media management workspace.
Information We Collect
We collect account details such as name, email, workspace membership, role, preferences, and login activity. We also store workspace data such as posts, media metadata, inbox items, analytics snapshots, automation rules, AI generation requests, subscription records, and short links.
Connected Platform Data
When you connect a social account, we store the provider, account identifiers, profile metadata, scopes, token expiry details, and encrypted access credentials needed to provide publishing, analytics, inbox, and automation features.
How We Use Data
Data is used to authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, schedule and publish posts, process automations, monitor queues, generate reports, operate billing, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot platform integrations.
Retention
Workspace data is retained while your account or workspace is active, unless a shorter retention period is configured for backups, logs, or operational records. Deletion requests can be submitted through the data deletion page.
Security
The application uses role-based access checks, rate limiting for sensitive actions, log redaction for secrets, queue monitoring, and backup readiness checks. Access tokens and sensitive integration values should never be shared outside authorized workspace operations.
Your Choices
You can remove connected accounts, leave a workspace, update your team membership, or request deletion of account or workspace data through Data Deletion.
